I had the a double room which was functional and newly remodelled. Also, location was comfy and stunning, within easy walking distance of Pioneer Park. Plus, it was right by Salt Palace Convention Center.

The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable, offering a wide array of tasty food. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were recently refurbished and functional. The hotel's location in the middle of the city was convenient. my stay was very good and I look forward to returning.

The staff at Sheraton Salt Lake City provided excellent service during my stay. They were genuinely helpful and very friendly. The newly remodeled room was complete with a refrigerator, a King bed, and a coffee maker, which I really enjoyed. Additionally, having a shower, hairdryer, and towels in the room was a great bonus. The hotel's location was convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station.

I had a really big and modern room with a great view and a fridge, plus the friendly staff made everything fantastic, especially the amazing food variety.

This hotel met all requests in every way, totally recommend. Property was so luxurious and relaxing. The location was stunning and incredibly comfortable for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Temple Square. We got a room with newly remodeled decor and a decent size bathroom to relax. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Extremely clean building and rooms with the strawberries. Very impressed with a small balcony and USB ports available. A real good stay for your EXCELLENT service during my stay.

We had the best experience at Sheraton Salt Lake City. When we arrived, we were greeted by Vanessa, who was incredibly kind and compassionate. She heard about our situation and made sure we had a beautiful room. To our surprise, chocolate strawberries were even delivered to our room! This act of kindness really touched our hearts and made a difficult situation much easier. The hotel itself was updated and easy to navigate, with great room service and delicious food. The location was also perfect, and the hotel was very quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind. we highly recommend this hotel.

While our stay at Sheraton Salt Lake City was amazing, there were a couple of drawbacks. The AC in our room couldn't quite keep up with the heat outside, so it wasn't as cool as we would have liked.

Nathan was fantastic along with all the staff. Got home and raved about the service to the point some friends going to SLC this weekend changed their Hotel from the Merriott to you guys. Thanks for taking such good care of us. I thought I was being driven around in a private Limo because of how Nathan pampered us. Very quick check-in. We needed a room at the last minute ... our flight was cancelled b/c of weather. We wanted to be close to airport. We got a great price b/c we booked at the last minute. Shuttle to drop us off at airport was quick & on time. Quiet room...I Slept very well. The quality of the bed linens were awesome - so comfy. Availability of internet access via computer station in lobby was helpful to check on weather updates. Overall very pleased.

The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown area, making it easy to explore the city and visit local tourist attractions. The tram station is just a short walk away, providing easy access to transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly staff providing excellent service. The breakfast options are delicious and there is a gift shop and Starbucks on site for added convenience.

The noise from outside can be a bit bothersome, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Noisy Air Conditioning. Noisy Ice / Beverage Vending Machines in hallway. We have modern, civilized, quiet designs for refrigeration equipment. Please start using them.

The hotel is pretty new and modern, and its location is excellent. The staff was nice and helpful.

No refrigerator in the room, rare in this kind of hotels. Also, the cooling system (I think) made terrible noises the whole night (even when we did not turned it on)... It was a bit annoying.
